Sitting on a corner plot this property was purchased with the view to develop and build an adjacent property next door.

THE UPRIGHT APPROACH

Located within Reigate the property lent itself well to a professional couple or family looking for a property.  With this in mind, the aim was to alter the property to create an open plan living area, maximise the property footprint by adding a loft conversion and utilise the space the garden had to offer.

THE RESULT

The addition of a loft conversion with a bedroom and bathroom took the property to 3 bedrooms.  Opening up the segregated rooms at the back of the house and adding a ground floor extension has created an open plan living/dining room with sliding doors to the garden.  Externally, the garden is landscaped in a low maintenance lawn with an outbuilding at the end of the garden.
