Uplift this unique detached character cottage, opening up and extending it’s pigeon-holed interior to present a contemporary home with space and light.
THE UPRIGHT APPROACH
Fully project managed by Upright, this individual build project proved challenging due to access to the property. Trusted Upright plumbing and electrical contacts worked on the project.
THE RESULT
Over a 16 week period, the property gained 30m² floor space. Light now floods into the rear of the property through the integrated glass atrium. The ground floor has been remodeled and fitted with under floor heating throughout. Floating stairs with balustrade lead to the first floor with its fully renovated decor.
