THE UPRIGHT APPROACH
Fully project managed by Upright Construction the build consisted of a re-design internally, new 2 storey rear extension, loft conversion, complete home refurbishment and external landscaping.
Due to the location and elevation of the property being 2.5m higher than the pavement level a scaffold loading bay was installed within the drive. This provided clearer access to the house and an increased area to work, whilst also ensuring the safety of our team.
Over a 16 week build period, the house gained 30 square meters. The rear extension boasts under floor heating and full glazing with french doors leading to the newly landscaped garden.
The homes elevated plot has been maximised by installing full-width glazing to the loft bedroom, providing fantastic views over Reigate and the Surrey Hills.
