Matt is the managing director for UPG which was founded in late 2021 and is working on all of their property developments leads and operations in the foreseeable future. He is responsible for the growth of the business and how it operates from a day to day basis. His focus is on property development for his business with his 17 years’ experience in the industry it will provide him with the knowledge needs to make it a success.

Ben is currently co-managing Upright Property Group with Matt and concentrating on their personal developments. Ben specialises on the operational side of the business, tendering with contractors for the construction and ensuring that everything goes well and that all staff are aware of their responsibilities before work is carried out.
