Our clients decided to maximise on the large plot their property had by building a new home for themselves with the view to sell their old property.
THE UPRIGHT APPROACH
Working alongside the appointed architect, Upright managed the complete build, from full project management to introduction and usage of Upright contacts for additional home services. The complexity of limited site access for deliveries was overcome and managed by careful planning by the onsite project manager.
THE RESULT
After a 5 month period, the 3 bedroom new build detached property with a square footage of around 80sqm was complete.
