This was an in-depth project completely redesigning the existing property to create a sleek, state of the art masterpiece. This project was based around a 2-story side extension creating a new open plan kitchen/dining area on the ground floor and a large living room with connects the whole house together.
With a complete reconfiguration of the internal layout, we created 5 bedroom, two ensuites and one family bathroom on the first floor.
One key highlight of this project is the external landscaping. This unique garden was on a slope and this was structured using Corten steel. With the additional landscaping the client added an outbuilding in the garden creating the perfect space for their children
